Finances are the part most agencies gloss over or leave deliberately vague. We can’t say for certain how payment is structured at other agencies — so instead, we’ll show in full detail exactly how it works at Pogotowie Parenting, without polish and without “contact us for details.”
Whether we’re talking about surrogacy for single women, surrogacy for single men, gay surrogacy, or a programme for surrogacy for traditional couples, the payment structure works the same way. This isn’t a marketing choice, it’s practical logic: the sum quoted to the parents at the start is split evenly into 9 instalments, paid over the course of the programme — the same transparent approach that shapes the cost of surrogacy for gay couples and every other segment we work with.

What About Additional Payments?
Using the most common cases as examples:
If the intended parents have an HIV diagnosis, an additional payment covers sperm washing for the surrogate mother HIV-positive pathway — more detail on this process is on our page about surrogacy for HIV-positive parents. This sum is not included in the base programme cost.
If the parents choose an egg donor above the standard tier — for example, with an appearance type close to a model’s — this is also an additional payment, made together with the first instalment.
The Final Instalment, Separately
The ninth instalment is part of the surrogate mother’s post-birth compensation. Parents can bring it in cash in person, at the point when they travel to register and collect the child. It does not have to be a bank transfer.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made to several accounts, in whichever way is most convenient for the parents. Some prefer PayPal, others our account in Georgia or Poland. We do not insist on one method: parents can suggest whatever works best for them, and we accommodate almost any option.
